We regularly update our System Requirements when we release upgrades to PlanSwift so be sure to check out the System Requirements (in the left Table of Contents) before you install any upgrade.

Warnings Effective October 1, 2022, PlanSwift ended support for version 10.1 and older. The only versions supported as of that date are 10.2.x and newer. On January 9, 2018, Microsoft ended "Mainstream Support" for Windows 8.1, therefore we will no longer test new releases against that platform. We will provide minimal technical support for Windows 8.1 until January 10, 2023, when Microsoft ends "Extended Support" for that platform. On January 14, 2020, Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 (and Server 2008/S2008 R2). Versions of PlanSwift limited to Windows 7 or earlier are no longer supported or distributed. Microsoft previously ended all support for Windows 8. You must upgrade to Windows 10 to install current releases of PlanSwift’s products. Windows 8.1 was a free upgrade from Windows 8, however, Microsoft may not provide that option any longer. See below for a listing of all PlanSwift versions and the Windows versions on which they are/were supported.
