If ityou's re calling about a simple issue such as activation, one of our receptionists will be able to get you taken care of. If it is something requires one of our technical support agents, a ticket can be set up for you, and we will call you back. (Please keep in mind that queue times may very customer care specialists can take of you right away. If your issue is more involved, we'll open a case and have a technical support rep follow up. We work all cases in the order they are received - follow up times vary but we will get back to you as soon as possible.)
