Variable Assemblies Quantity Formula Video

Example of formulas for quantity variables: Q1 = Scaled Pipe Length Q2 = Elbow Qty formula of Q1/10 Q3 = Tee Qty formula of Q2+5 When the assembly is used, users can scale the length of pipe and the program will calculate the elbows and tees. Example: Pipe Length = 60 feet Elbow Qty = 6 Tee Qty = 11

When the user imports the EastCoast XML file they will be presented with a dialog box that will allow them to enter the files information to use to create the zones

We have added in the excel summary, on the detail tab, a column titled Labor Factor. This column will show the factor that was used during calculation of the zones.

Bug Fixes and Corrections

1. Some users were experiencing a long wait at log in with offsite (cloud) servers. This was due to Pipe loading all job data for faster experience while in the program. We have changed when the job data is loaded. Now it loads when the user goes to any of the tabs within a job instead of at start of program.

2. With metric takeoff enabled, vertical pipe was performing a double conversion on the pipe length. This has been corrected.

3. Negative zone multipliers were not rounding pipe lengths the same as positive zone multipliers. This has been corrected to ensure the pipe length rounding is the same.

4. Renaming Job Items or Assemblies within takeoff could cause exceptions. And the new names were not updating the onscreen annotation labels. These issues have been corrected.

5. Pivot table pipe lengths were being rounded to no decimals. The formula has been corrected to be the same as the detail tab within excel.
