Note

Caution - Upgrading Windows Version

There are a few important things we feel it is prudent to share with you:

Upgrading an operating system should be done only with your IT department's guidance. If you do not have an IT department, please contact Technical Support before installing an operating system upgrade (Windows 7 to 8, 8 to 10,

...

or 10 to 11, etc.) so we can help you plan the upgrade to ensure your software is compatible with your new version of Windows

...

and will function post-upgrade.

...

At the very least, we recommend that you deactivate and uninstall PlanSwift before upgrading your operating system. If the software is installed when the upgrade happens, it may become unusable after the upgrade and you will not be able to uninstall/repair it. Also, please remember, only versions that are tested and approved for installation on Windows 10 are expected to work properly on that operating system.

After the Windows version upgrade is complete, sign in to your MyAccount and download and install the latest version of PlanSwift (assuming you are due a version compatible with the new operating system).

Contact our Technical Support team for assistance.
