Error: Unable to Draw Overlay...

This error is usually caused when there is not enough memory to perform the action. Certain images, depending on the bit depth, can render the image too large since the image has to be re-rendered to a higher bit depth to allow for the transparency layer. 

One possible solution is to re-import the drawings at a lower DPI setting such as "150" with color set to "Black and White".
