G. Data File - Turning Vanes

Turning vanes and rail information whether fabricated or purchased will need to be input. The program will use the costs and labor factors to calculate the needed material and labor.

There is no limit to the number of turning vanes that can be setup in the program.

Click New, Edit or Duplicate to modify turning vane information.

Turning Vane Setup

Name – the name of the Turning Vane assembly

Rail Cost – enter the cost per foot for the rail portion

Rail Scrap % - the scrap percentage you want included in the calculation of the feet needed for the rail length.

Spacing Inches – distance between vanes

Vane Cost – enter the cost per foot of the vane portion

Vane Scrap % - the scrap percentage you want included in the calculation of the feet needed for the vanes total.

Base Labor – the labor hours to start with for vane fabrication

Labor +12 – the amount the labor should increase by for every additional 12 inches of semi perimeter.

Rail and Vane Lbs – the weight of the turning vane components
