You can create a new contact from any of the Insight contacts imported into your Salesforce account. Note that imported contacts are always associated with a Insight company but the related company may not necessarily be associated with an Insight project.
The information displayed on the Salesforce contact details page is imported from the Insight contact listing. When creating a Salesforce contact, this same information is displayed on the New Contact page for review and editing.
Note: Not all fields from the Insight contact listing may be present in your Salesforce version of the contact. Additionally, there may be fields in the listing that are specific to your company. For more information, contact your system administrator.
With the contact listing displayed in Salesforce, click CreateContact.
Result: The New Contact window is displayed showing the contact information imported into the listing.

You can review the information and edit certain fields. Additionally, there may be fields that are specific to your company that require input. To continue, see Editing contact information in the next section.
Editing contact information
The NewContact window lets you review the contact information and modify certain sections of the listing. Make sure to click Save after you are finished changing any information.

Allowing automatic contact information updates
You can select to have automatic updates to the contact listing imported directly from ConstructConnect.
To allow automatic updates,
select Yes for the Allow Automatic Future Updates to this Contact by ConstructConnect? option.
Viewing and editing the contact name and company URL
The FirstName and LastName values of the contact name can be edited. Note that the Last Name value is required.
The Account value is the URL of the company associated with the contact.
