All current PlanSwift versions are compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows® Operating Systems.
PlanSwift had known issues with being installed to a Server or RD and may not be supported for issues related to this installation.
For your current version of PlanSwift to work optimally you should use it on a computer with at least the minimum system requirements.

Note: PlanSwift does not run on the Macintosh operating system. Please consider using a Windows emulator like Parallels.
Also note: PlanSwift 10.2's Excel Integration requires an Excel version that is able to handle .xltx and .xlsx file extensions.See: System Requirements
