What is the new Document Viewer, and why should I try it?
The new Document Viewer makes viewing, managing, and downloading project documents like plans, specifications, and addenda easier. You can find documents matching your search terms, quickly sort through documents to find what you need, and download documents in the format that suits you.
How do I access the new Document Viewer?
You can access the new Document Viewer in three ways
From the Project Details Page (PDP) in the Beta Search experience, click the View/Download Documents button under the Documents section.
Select Show Preview and click the View/Download Documents button from the Beta Search page.
Click on the Matching Docs column in the search results section of the Beta Search page.

If you access the Document Viewer through the standard Search page, invitations to bid, or other projects in Bid Center, you will be directed to the standard Document Viewer experience. To find the new Document Viewer, first access the Beta Search page. |

Can I search within documents for specific terms?
We are continuing to add features to the new Document Viewer, so some features such as searching for terms within documents will be available soon.

You have two options to download your documents:

Can I download all project documents or just a few?
You can download as many or as few documents as you need. By default, you will see the Download All button, which will let you download all documents attached to the project. If you select some of the documents but not all, you will see a new button that lists the number of documents you have selected to download (ex: Download 30).
