Integer value returns an ANSI key code (default code 187, the character = ) for the New Note hotkey hotkey. Figure  Figure 1 shows the Note tool on the Main Menu ribbon bar. Figure 2 shows how a Note is created: click on Note (or the hotkey for Note), then click and drag in the area of the plan where you want the note to be inserted.
