Roles
There are two roles available to which you can assign a user:
- Company Admin Allows you to access (Access Self-Service portal application (features - Invite users, Remove users, Assign/Revoke licenses)
- Team Member
Assigning user role
First, log into the Self-Service Portal, see: Accessing and Logging into the Self-Service Portal for more information.
You will be taken to 'Users' screen.
Click on the user role drop down widget to change their role.
