Issue

After selecting Plans and Convert Settings, when clicking on Next, a message appears in PlanSwift as below. It will not stop the importing process, but the message will pop up every time user imports plans.

What is CPC tool?

CPC tool is an application that PlanSwift uses to handle PDF converting.

How to get the message to turn off the next time

PlanSwift will need to run as administrator for the first time ONLY.

1. Exit out of PlanSwift.

2. Run PlanSwift as Administrator. Right click on PlanSwift Icon (from desktop) then select Run as Administrator.
