You can give us a call at 888-752-6794, option 2. If you're calling about a simple issue such as activation, one of our customer care specialists can take of you right away. If your issue is more involved, we'll open a case and have a technical support rep follow up. We work all cases in the order they are received - follow up times vary but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can chat with us (this is the same link as the "Chat with Us" button located under the Help tab). If your issue requires a technical support rep, we'll open a case and get in touch with you as soon as possible.
You can send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, phone number, company name, and a detailed description of your issue. If you want us to call you, let us know the best times to reach you. (Note: to ensure that you receive our response, please add email@example.com to your email contact list or safe senders list.)
