On PlanSwift.com, you have the option of signing up for a My Account page. This page will allow you to manage various aspects of your PlanSwift account.  You'll need a MyAccount profile to license PlanSwift 10.  

1. To get started, you will first want to log onto PlanSwift.com, and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner (Figure 1).

2. You will be brought to theThe Log-In page (Figure 2); opens, here is where you will see the option that will allow you to register for an account. If you have not used My Account before you will need to register for an account by clicking the blue CREATE AN ACCOUNT. If you already have an account, enter your Email address, enter your password, click on LOGIN, and go to step 10.

3. After clicking on the When you click on CREATE AN ACCOUNTyou will be redirected to the registration page (Figure 3)opens.

4. Enter your Customer ID, PIN #, and Email address. You may also enter your name and address. 

5. Click on  CREATE.

6. A window stating "A New User has been created!" will appear (Figure 4)displays.

7. Check your email: you will receive should have one from PlanSwift/ConstructConnect that includes a link to set up a password.

8. Click on the link (Figure 5).that link, the login page should open in your default web browser.

9. Enter your Email Address, enter your a new Password,  confirm then confirm your new Password, and then click on SAVE.

Error Creating Account?

If you receive an error message appears telling you that you are not authorized to create an account, you need to have your PlanSwift administrator log into his or her My Account to create an account, see How an Admin Creates MyAccount Profiles for Users or have your administrator call PlanSwift Technical Support to create an account.

If you receive the message “This email is already in our system. Unable to make a duplicate account”, you must call Technical Support for assistance.

First, check your SPAM or JUNK mail folders.

Check with your e-mail provider/service to ensure they have not blocked a message from planswift.com or constructconnect.com

If you are still unable to verify your account, call Technical Support to have them send you a new email.
