Each remote session is recorded and marked with a time and date stamp. The account rep conducting your remote session will also be noted, along with the reason for accessing your account.

Every remote session is available for exactly 90 days in your account history. However, should you want a transcript of your remote session, you can download a CSV file from your account, or it can be made available upon request by emailing
