Sections - NewSection

Adds a new section to a digitized type item and returns the full path to the new section.

If ParentPath does not exist, or is not a digitzer item, this function fails and returns an empty string.
SectionName is optional.

Declaration:

NewSection(ParentPath, SectionName: String): String;
