Each person attending the meeting will complete their respective information. The date of the meeting should be included for reference. |
Meeting Notes | A written report consisting of a project number, project name, meeting date and time, meeting place, meeting subject, a list of persons attending, and a list of actions taken and/or discussed during the meeting.
