Online Plan Room

 Plan rooms are physical structures with paper project documents, including drawings (blueprints), specifications and addenda. An online plan room, such as iSqFt, gives access to these documents digitally. This saves the user time and money and reduces paper consumption. 

Open Bid/Estimate

A service where any bidder or estimator is given access to project specific RFP (Request for Proposal) information. This option is for those seeking bids/estimates from any interested professionals or service with out pre qualifying them. For security and easy access, the project poster receives an e-mail showing the links to View the RFP Details and View any Bids as they are received. This gives the RFP poster the ability to file and track the respective RFP's using their own e-mail filing system. (see Closed Bid/Estimate)

Operations and Maintenance Stage

 The stage in the Construction Process where the owner either moves in, leases or sells the property.  

Opportunity (regarding Construction Projects)

 An opportunity is a project that matches a customer’s interest and needs. Each customer will define the word “opportunity” differently, and so it’s important to clearly identify the type of customer you’re dealing with, along with their interests and needs.
