17. QuoteSoft RFQ and Quote through HPH

QuoteSoft and HPH have integrated Request for Quotes and the application of distributor quotes to your estimates. This provides job specific pricing with just a few clicks, all without leaving QuoteSoft! This process will reduce pricing errors, incorrect item selection and increase the efficiency of not only the contractor but the distributor team as well. QuoteSoft Version required: 4.2R7.8355 or higher.

The steps are outlined below. If you have not done so please, contact HPH to activate this functionality. support@harrisonopub.com or 800.890.0820

1. Open your QuoteSoft job

2. Change pricing to Some Quoted or Quoted and recalculate the job

3. Go to the Quotes tab and click the EXPORT CINX button

4. Select the integrated vendor(s) to whom you would like to send the request

5. Select/Deselect items you would like to include on the Request for Quote and click SEND when ready.

6. At this point, the transaction is sent through the HPH Pipeline directly to your distributor ERP system. Both you and the distributor rep(s) will receive an email notification of the submission. Once the sales rep reviews and sends the quote back to you, you will receive a notification.

7. When you receive the Quotes notification, open the QuoteSoft job and go to the Quotes tab. Click on IMPORT CINX

8. Select the quote to use and click IMPORT
